Meet Minnie Manrique

Minnie Manrique brings over 20 years of sales and customer service experience to the world of real estate, offering a blend of professionalism, warmth, and local insight that truly sets her apart. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Minnie connects effortlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience every step of the way.

Having lived in Florida for most of her life—and in South Florida for more than 12 years—Minnie has a deep appreciation for the area’s vibrant communities. As a proud resident of Forest Ridge in Davie, she focuses her expertise on helping families and individuals buy, sell, and rent homes throught Broward County’s highly sought-after neighborhoods.

Beyond real estate, Minnie is an active member of her community, serving as President of the PTO at Silver Ridge Elementary. She’s also a devoted mom of two and a proud dog lover with three furry companions. When she’s not assisting clients, you’ll find her working out or spending quality time with her family.

Minnie’s mission is simple: to provide personable, insightful, and professional service that makes every client feel confident and cared for throughout their real estate journey.
