Subala ‘Subi’ Vallejo

Subi brings over 20 years of sales and customer service experience to the world of residential and commercial real estate offering a blend of professionalism, warmth, and local insight that truly sets him apart. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Subi connects effortlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience every step of the way.

Having lived in Florida for most of his life—and in South Florida for more than 12 years—Subi has a deep appreciation for the area’s vibrant communities. As a proud resident of Forest Ridge in Davie, he focuses his expertise on helping families and individuals buy, sell, and rent homes throughout Broward County’s highly sought-after neighborhoods.

Beyond real estate, Subi is an active member of his community, volunteering regularly at Silver Ridge Elementary. He’s also a devoted father of two and a proud dog lover with three furry companions. When he’s not assisting clients, you’ll find him out practicing photography or spending quality time with his family.

Subi’s mission is simple: to provide personable, insightful, and professional service that makes every client feel confident and cared for throughout their real estate journey.
